Okay, we don't understand it either, but somehow the abrupt cancellation of Lone Star has pushed the return of the muchly enjoyable Human Target back from mid-October to November 1. Something to do with jump-starting Lie to Me and running back-to-back episodes of Hell's Kitchen for the next few weeks.
Whatever. As long as the least-respected but best-produced action show of the Four Nets is still returning, we can be patient. Apparently there are some cast editions -- a couple of women who work for or above Christopher Chance -- but really, as long as Jackie Earle Hailey, Chi McBride, and Mark Valley are all coming back -- and they are! -- then everything will be fine.
Look for it Wednesdays at 8 pm, and don't worry: the rest of the sked is nothing but sitcoms and reality shows, or the already unwatchable Undercovers on NBC (which, watch it now, may be gone by 11/17 anyway). Even Survivor is a snooze this season.
And you gotta love Guerrero. Rorschach with a soul patch.
